This scares me. People like that exist and are trying to brainwash kids to believe it too.

I saw those dudes come in last night and there was something about them, I even asked Robb if he knew who they were.

Two days before that, I see 3 dudes in Docs with skinned heads and shit, messing up the road from Dorans.

I know that there is a lot of racism around, especially at the moment, with foreign nationals having work when Irish people don't and shit, but this mentality is seriously worrying because at a time like this there is going to be so many people who are willing to vent their anger at a group of foreign people.

The fascist's friend (who was probably like minded) bought a Forced Out shirt. Mental.

Serious? That's gas. The dude with the long hair that eventually got them to leave, was he Irish? He seemed to have more of an Irish accent than anything else anyway.

I would love to find out who it is in Dublin that is organising kids to get into this tripe.

Because all it takes is one or two kids to persuade their mates that it's cool and there will be so many little fucking skinheads causing trouble.

Apparantly, Stu from Chewy always has those kids come into his shop, so he turns on reggae to annoy them.

I can't see it becoming a problem. I don't know if it was because they were so outnumbered but the lads last night didn't seem to want to cause any trouble. Considering how quiet that small group had been all night, I was worried that kicking them out would have caused way more hassle than just ignoring them. I agree that there's no place for them at shows but the last thing we want is a brawl in The Tap and no more gigs there. Well the last thing we want is a million racists turning up to a show but as I said before, I can't see that happening.

I'm not sure what happened at The Wonder Years but it sounds like a much bigger deal.

Oh and I'm not trying to say that we should let them keep coming to shows wearing shit like that. Obviously they should be turned away at the door next time.

I'm glad it didn't escalate any further, because it definitely could have pretty easily. As I said on Moshspace, it's lucky Dregin was the barman because it could've been much crazier.

I don't doubt that they would have just kept to themselves for the night but I think that's irrelevant. Even if confronting them had led to something further than just words I think just ignoring them and letting that shit fly would have been total bullshit. Not to imply that that's what you're saying Gav, just speaking generally.

There was 4 of them and only 1 got properly aggro, they would have easily been sorted out if they threw a dig. Darragh's arms are really big.

I don't expect much more of the same but I don't think anyone expected that shit last night either. Those Central Bank cunts are definitely a more realistic potential problem. If nothing else it's at least beneficial for people to talk about it to make sure everyones pretty much on the same page and not coming out with wild shit like CM Paul.

I'm not sure what Paul actually meant.

I know he definitely wasn't defending them or anything, but I think it's absolutely insane to think that they should have been allowed to stay.

At the end of the day, not believing in God and having an upside down cross on your shirt is NOT the same as a shirt with a swastika on it. One is a decision that affects 1 person, the other is a decision to live your life excluding the majority of others.

xGavx

xGavx

Say that on Moshspace.

Panda

Panda

why?

xGavx

xGavx

Because that's where the upside down cross thing is being discussed.

I said to CiarĂ¡n that he should delete the two threads it was brought up on, seeing as it''s a widely known forum. There's been 15-20 "guests" online pretty much all day and I just think that the dudes names being put up (in the newspaper article) may actually serve to be harmful.

I thought you were ready to beat the shit out of everyone.

Is that definitely abnormal compared to usual? I'd imagine alot of people from Eirecore have been following the Moshspace thread too so that would account for some of them.
Nothing too secretive has been given away anyway, other than that there will be "measures taken against them" or whatever.

i think its more that they see we're pissed at them and start turning up to gigs in order to start trouble.

I'll drop a monitor on someone's head if that starts happening.

Like I won't back away from a fight if someone tries to start shit at a show. But at the same time, I'm pretty much against people going out trying to find Nazis and kick their heads in.

Gestapo anyone?

Don't really know what sort of action to take. Part of me wants to wait and see if there's any more stuff like this going to happen at shows and part of me doesn't want to wait until there's another situation like that.

Those lads didn't seem to be out to cause violent trouble but if they hadn't been so outnumbered then it may have been a different story. Even if the shirt hadn't been noticed until later on in the show and the mouthy chap had had a few more vodkas in him, things might have gone down a whole lot differently.

I was talking to James Eager the other night and he said he saw the same guys running somewhere up to no good the same night.
