I sit down at a computer daily for around 3-4 hours without moving too much. I try to get in as many saturated fats and sugars as possible, keep my water intake to a minimum and mainly have soft drinks if I'm feeling thirsty. I avoid fibrous foods and fresh fruit at all costs. I try to avoid walking or cycling anywhere if I can and I eat after 8pm at least 4 nights a week. I get out of breath when I climb stairs and I get pains shooting down my arm after I run sometimes but other than that life is pretty sweet.
