I made an order in March for the Transit CD and a Title Fight hoodie. A few months went by so I checked my account on the store and it said the order was cancelled. This was probably almost three weeks ago. I used the contact form on the site straight away to see what was up. I didn't get a reply so after a week I sent an email to the address I got my order confirmation from. Nothing from that either after another a week or so. I sent him a PM on the B9 board a couple of days ago as a last resort and he hasn't even replied to that.

Get your bank to claim the money back from his for non-receipt of goods.

I've had trouble ordering from him before, and have had email unanswered, for a few days anyway. It's a shame because he always comes across as nice, but it's happening too often now that I'm starting to think I won't order anything from him again.

What did you have trouble with before?

Sinking Ships Meridian preorder (waiting over a year for).
I think a Fireworks preorder.
Agent 7" preorder (waiting about 8 months for).

Probably a few other things too.

Oh and I just read that Jeff is on the Warped Tour at the moment, so that might be it.
